This website is operated by THE LIFT LAB, trading in the United Kingdom. Our full registered details are available on request, and you can contact us via our contact page.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only once we send you a despatch confirmation. If a product is unavailable or has been listed at an incorrect price, we may decline the order and will refund any payment taken in full.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at the point of order through Shopify's secure checkout.

We ship within the United Kingdom. Standard delivery is £4.99 and takes 7–14 working days, free on orders over £50; an express service is available at checkout for £6.99. Estimates are not guarantees, but if your order has not arrived within 30 days you are entitled to cancel and receive a full refund.

As a consumer buying at a distance you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel. Full detail is on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Our tools are cosmetic beauty devices intended for everyday personal grooming and self-care. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Always read the instructions supplied with your device and follow them. If you have any concerns about whether a product is suitable for you, speak to a qualified professional before use.

Product photography and descriptions are provided in good faith. Colours may vary slightly between screens.

Goods we supply must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price you paid for the goods concerned, and we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was made.

All text, imagery and branding on this site belongs to THE LIFT LAB and may not be reproduced without permission. Please do not misuse the site or attempt to interfere with its operation.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
